Free site surveyWe check the substrate carefully. Monocouche is less forgiving than silicone about what it goes onto.
Your colour on your houseA virtual image of your property in the shade you are considering, before anything is ordered.
Prep and beadsScaffold, fittings off, then beads set dead true. On a scraped finish every bead line is visible in the finished wall, so this stage decides how it looks.
ApplyThe render goes on by machine in one thick pass and is ruled off flat.
Scrape backOnce it has firmed to the right point it is scraped back to open up the texture. Timing this is the skill in the job, and it is why it is not a DIY finish.
Clean upScaffold down, fittings back, arrises checked, site cleared.
