What to Expect

Free site surveyWe come out, measure up and look at the walls. We check the substrate, the ground levels, the eaves and where the scaffold has to stand.
You see it before we startWe send you a virtual image of your own property finished in the colour you are thinking about, so you are not picking off a sample card.
Scaffold and prepScaffold goes up, downpipes and any fittings come off, and the base track is set level all the way round.
Boards and carrier boardInsulation board is fixed and mechanically fixed back to the wall. Where the substrate is timber frame or will not take render directly, a cement carrier board goes on first to give the system something solid to work off.
Beads, mesh and basecoatCorner beads and bellcast go on, then the basecoat with the reinforcing mesh bedded into it. This is the layer that stops cracking later.
Finish and clean upPrimer, then the finish coat in your colour. Scaffold comes down, fittings go back on and we clear the site.
